Skelta BPM.NET 2009 offers efficient process modelling, execution and interoperability that empowers businesses to build integrated business applications. With a people-centric framework, Skelta BPM.NET 2009 provides a contextual platform for all steps in an organization's process including InfoPath forms, Office documents, SharePoint portal usage, system activities, human tasks, approvals, business and conditional rules, and transactions with line of business systems.
The product’s new release incorporates a Forms Designer feature, enhanced Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and KPI’s, Security for dynamic collaboration on workflows, adapters for SAP and Microsoft BizTalk that leverage existing IT investments and object access for re-usable components that eliminate the need for complex coding.
Skelta’s BAM tool, a resident feature of the BPM product, provides users with several out-of-the-box reports and activity monitoring views while permitting users to configure Data Points and KPIs for actionable Auto Alerts via email.
Further, Skelta BPM.NET 2009’s enhanced security features offer users a comprehensive, extendable, enterprise level security infrastructure for even itemized levels of participation while its SOA functionality facilitates reusability of existing .NET objects by enabling them to be directly consumed in the processes without any modifications, thus avoiding the need to write custom workflow activities. Skelta BPM.NET 2009’s ‘Lists’ feature is an embeddable data repository for storing forms data wherein end-users can create their own lists based on Forms.
As with the earlier release, Skelta BPM.NET 2009 also retains its embeddable capabilities to facilitate application integration (OEM Model) and continues to support hosted third party applications (Hosted Model).
